2. The 'Heavy Hearts' segment is dedicated to focusing on your emotions, acknowledging your mental state, connecting with your inner self, working through your grief and keeping your memories safe from fading over time.

The journal prompts, questions and reflections change each week. Aiming to ask questions you may not have been asked before and provide space to find joy, love and wisdom hidden within your memories. Creating a positive ritual that helps you express, remember and sit with your feelings. Sometimes the words may go fuzzy with tears but that is just the presence of heavy hearted, limitless love.

With everything in one place, you can prioritise your wellbeing, form lasting habits, stay grounded, open minded and celebrate your loved ones along the way. It aims to be a toolkit for living a more fulfilled and wholesome life.

Return & Refund Policy 

At Heavy Hearts Grief Journal, we are committed to complying with Australian Consumer Law, specifically in New South Wales. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our product, but we also understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return or seek a refund. 1. Consumer Guarantees
1.1 Faulty or Defective Items:
If the Grief Journal you receive is faulty, defective, or does not meet the consumer guarantees as outlined in Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy. Please contact our customer support within a reasonable timeframe, providing details of the issue. We will arrange for the return shipping, which will be paid for by the purchaser, and provide you with a replacement journal or a refund, depending on your preference and the availability of stock.

1.2 Change of Mind:
If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, we are not legally obligated to provide a refund or accept a return. However, we understand that circumstances may vary, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. Please contact our customer support within a reasonable timeframe, and we will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis. In such instances, any refund or return will be at our discretion. Please note that in change of mind returns, the purchaser will be responsible for the return postage fees.

Refunds will be processed for items that meet the criteria mentioned in section 1.1 (Faulty or Defective Items) and are returned within a reasonable timeframe. For change of mind returns (section 1.2), refunds will only be issued at our discretion. Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for the return postage fees in change of mind returns.

Upon receiving the returned journal, we will inspect it to determine its condition and whether it meets the refund eligibility criteria. If approved, we will initiate the refund process within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that used journals cannot be returned or refunded. This includes, but is not limited to, journals with writing, creased pages, or any other signs of use. We recommend carefully assessing your purchase before using the journal to ensure it meets your needs.
